From these questions you may be able to judge their interest and the chances of receiving a second viewing or an offer.

You should at this point out any key features or unique selling points the property has such as original fireplaces or floors, new re-wired or new central heating. You should also let them know about your situation and plans for moving. You could also tell them that you have had other parties interested in the property.
