Home Information Packs - HIPS

Every home put on the market since Since 14 December 2007 , must have a Home Information Pack (HIPS).  A Home Information Pack icludes local searches, evidence of title and a sale statement . The idea is to save time, stress and money for the buyer. Includes in the packs  are an Energy Performance Certificate that contains advice on how to reduce fuel bills and CO₂ emissions
