Advertising Costs

If you decide not to use an Estate Agent to sell your property you always have the option of selling your own property. With this comes its own problems. Firstly, you need to get a for sale sign made up. If you would rather market your own property you can purchase a 'For Sale' or 'To Let' board (click here to purchase a 'For Sale' or 'To Let' board). In addition you will incur advertising costs if you wish to advertise in the local press. These costs differ dramatically depending on location but you should expect to pay about £75-150 to advertise in a local newspaper.
